Aprajita is a senior partner for Leadership Recruitment who plays a pivotal role in leading and managing high-stakes executive searches for senior leadership positions. She is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the placement of top-tier leadership talent. Aprajita comes with over a decade years of experience in corporate where she worked with global companies like; KPMG, Citrix, Genpact and Australia & new zealand bank in various business roles.She also got exposure in developing an ecommerce platform at entrepreneurship stint.
